DEEP CREEK LAKE HOME WATCH

HOME WATCH

Customized to fit your needs, we will inspect your home inside and out.
Then we will send you a detailed report of our visit. We provide the "peace of mind" that someone is watching your home while you are gone.

Leaving on vacation or gone for the season?  Traveling for business or need your rental property visited?  Is your home an estate home?  Who will watch your home, start your car, retrieve your trash can from the street, place your delivered packages in the house, and forward your mail?  Perhaps you can ask your relatives that live across town or ask your next-door neighbor again.  It’s a hard decision because you know everyone is very busy and you don’t want to inconvenience anyone.  You also might worry that someone may snoop around your home, and that makes you feel uncomfortable.

Call Deep Creek Lake Home Watch and we can be your trusted partner.  We will be your eyes and ears while you are gone. Our weekly or bi-monthly inspections could prevent a catastrophe costing you thousands of dollars.  Also, your homeowners’ policy may deny the claim if your home has been left unattended.  Our reports can verify that your home has been visited on a continuing basis.

We will do a comprehensive inspection looking for leaks, smells, rodents and insects, and any other issue that could cause a problem.  Resolving these problems as soon as possible will prevent further damage.  We will remove mail/flyers or debris from the porch/lawn to help establish a presence at your home which should deter intruders.  We normally stagger our visits to show up on different days and times.

You will receive a full report of our inspection plus pictures with our Home Watch IT app, after each visit to your home.  We respect your privacy and keep your information secure. Please get in touch with us for a consultation and
custom pricing.
